Please book tickets online ahead of your visit:

You must select your seats from a seating plan. We’ve divided the seats into socially distanced ‘pods’ for different households - this means that if you book one seat in a ‘pod’ you must book all seats in that pod. We’ll be working on the balance and size of pods over the next few months. Feedback will be very welcome.

You will receive a confirmation email when you have booked with details of your visit. We ask you arrive no more than 20 minutes before the advertised start time.

If you can bring your e-ticket or confirmation letter – either digitally or on printout – that will help us get you into the cinema with as little fuss as possible.

If you have any issues you can always call our booking line – 01224343500.

Ticket price | We’ve simplified our pricing structure for reopening and brought in an introductory flat price of £11 for all. This includes a £2 donation to the charity.

Your donation helps us with the immediate challenge of running Belmont Filmhouse at a significantly reduced capacity. Please opt in if you can.  We can also claim Gift Aid on if you are a UK taxpayer. Learn more about how you can help Belmont Filmhouse by donating by visiting:

Members | You will continue to receive £1.50 off film tickets, 10% off food and beverage and all other benefits of Belmont Filmhouse membership.

On the House | We are aware times are tough and we don’t want you to miss out in coming back to Belmont Filmhouse, so we have made limited free tickets available for every screening for people that are experiencing financial difficulty. If you want to use one of the free tickets please select the 'On the House' ticket type when booking online.

Wheelchair spaces | You can now book wheelchair spaces online. When you select the wheelchair space the website will autofill seats next to you. These are either for people in your group (please select relevant ticket type in the drop down) or they are to create space for social distancing purposes (please select CEA card companion / carer from the drop down in this instance for the additional seats).

We’ve been hard at work making some changes to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff. Our staff have been trained on the new measures in place and will be in on hand to help you if you have any questions or specific access requirements.

We’ve installed lots of new social distancing signage and floor markings.

We’ve installed plastic protective screens at our service points.

We have lots of hand sanitiser throughout the building.

We’ll ask you to use contactless payments for drinks and snacks.

Everything will be cleaned thoroughly and regularly.

And our HVAC ventilation is 100% fresh air – that means air is not recirculated through our building.

There is reduced capacity in the cinemas and little queuing space in our building please book tickets online in advance. Don’t hesitate to call us if you’re having any issues.

Face coverings are now mandatory in cinemas for those who can wear them so we ask that you please do so in consideration for our staff, other audience members and of course yourself. You have to continue to wear these while watching the film but can take them off if you’re eating or drinking.

We love the diversity of cinema, the stories told, explored and championed. Belmont Filmhouse is proudly inclusive and we welcome everyone to join us in celebrating film - we want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable visiting our venue. If you have any access requirements or want to discuss ways in which we can make visiting better for you please get in touch by emailing
