Colin Firth, Rachel Weisz, David Thewlis, Andrew Buchan, Jonathan Bailey
James (Man on Wire) Marsh directs this drama, based on the incredible true story of amateur sailor Donald Crowhurst, and his attempt to win the first single-handed round-the-world yacht race in 1968.
Crowhurst (Colin Firth) entered the Sunday Times Golden Globe race, partly as an opportunity to publicise a new navigation device he had been working on. Leaving his family behind, his inexperience and loneliness found him confronted with dramatic struggles and acute isolation alone on the high seas.
A haunting tale of a man going to sea and the family he leaves behind.
The 6.05pm screening on Tuesday 20 February will feature on-screen captions.
